Cancellation Policy

Stay Curious Sports & Outdoor Adventures Terms and Conditions Registration & Payment: Full payment is due at the time of registration to reserve a spot in the program. Space is limited and registration is confirmed once payment is received. Payments are non-transferable between programs unless approved by Coach Dan. Cancellations & Refunds: Refunds are available up to 72 hours before the first scheduled class or event. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start date are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future session if space allows. In the event of weather or safety cancellations, make-up classes will be offered or credited. Attendance & Behavior: Participants are expected to arrive on time, listen respectfully, and follow directions to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone. Repeated unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund. Liability Waiver: By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge that outdoor and physical activities carry inherent risks. The Stay Curious Sports and World of Curiosity team are not responsible for injuries or lost items. Proper footwear, hydration, and sun protection are strongly encouraged. Photography & Media: Photos and short video clips may be taken during activities and used for program promotion on our website and social media. Please notify us in writing if you prefer your child not to appear in photos.
